Mrs. Julian has been teaching for over 15 years. She has taught in Carroll County and Baltimore City. She received her BS from Virginia Commonwealth University and MS from Johns Hopkins. She enjoys all types of movies and stage plays. She also enjoys spending time outside and with Her family. Her husband and She has 2 wonderful children, Dylan and Alex. She is an animal lover and has a dog named Phoebe.

Ms. Fakheri

Ms. Fakheri has been the speech and language pathologist at Winfield Elementary since 2010.  This is her 15th year.  She received her Master's in Speech Language Pathology from Towson University.  She is very passionate about helping her students learn to understand language, communicate, articulate, and express themselves effectively.
