This is my fourth year at Winfield Elementary, I taught in another Title I school for 12 years prior to coming to Winfield.
Outside of teaching, I love yoga, working out, hiking and going to see live music.

Ms.Timmons holds a great commitment to education and bring a wealth of experience to the classroom as an elementary educator. Her journey began as a Teacher's Assistant with BCPS, where she honed my skills for four years before transitioning to the role of a Para Educator for an additional four years with HCPSS. She holds a degree in Elementary Education from Bowie State University, which has further solidified her foundation in teaching.
Her dedication to becoming the best educator she can be is driven by both her professional experiences and personal values. She is married with two little ones that fuel her love for children. Her perseverance and passion for teaching guide her in creating a nurturing and effective learning environment for all.
Outside of the classroom, she enjoys traveling, trying restaurants, yoga, and cooking.
