 Marsha Fulmore is a certified, seasoned educator with nearly 30 years of experience in the field of education. She has worked with children across a wide range of age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschool, prekindergarten, FALS, and first grade.

Throughout her career, Marsha has served in programs such as Head Start and the Johns Hopkins Early Learning Center, before transitioning to Baltimore County Public Schools. Her time with Baltimore County Public Schools has provided her with valuable experience in FALS, prekindergarten, and first grade classrooms.

Marsha began her journey within the district at Winand Elementary School as an Additional Assistant, later advancing to a paraprofessional role. She then accepted a first-grade teaching position at Winfield Elementary School and currently serves as a kindergarten teacher. She is also the kindergarten team lead.

Marsha graduated in 2021 with her Bachelor of Arts degree and has recently earned her Master’s equivalency. She prides herself on building loving, supportive, and meaningful relationships with her students and their families. Through these partnerships, she intentionally and seamlessly bridges the connection between home and school to support every child’s success.

Erin McHugh has been teaching for 30 years in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. She is a graduate of Towson University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She has taught preK3, PreK, Kindergarten, First Grade and Second Grade. She has been with Baltimore County Public Schools for the last six years as a Resource Teacher and First Grade Teacher.
