Danielle Kinsey started her educational career as a special education paraeducator for Baltimore County Schools in 2006 after graduating from The Community College of Baltimore County with an Associate degree in Psychology. Her passion for teaching and nurturing children inspired her to go back to school in 2019 to pursue a degree in early childhood education all while being a mother, wife, and full time paraeducator. She graduated in 2023 with a dual major in Elementary Education and Special Education. She started her teacher’s career at Winfield Elementary School in January 2024 as a self-contained teacher in the ISDM program. Mrs. Kinsey strives to use her high-energy, uplifting and inclusive teaching methods to help our ISDM students reach academic and social efficacy. She believes that teaching is heart work, and she is dedicated to continuing
to be a student of life to always strive to be a better educator.

Mrs. Gregory spent 2.5 years working for a local ABA agency where she worked with students on the autism spectrum ages 5-21. She quickly fell in love with the field and pursued her passion in special education. She is actively finishing up her master's in special education. This is Mrs. Gregory's 3rd year teaching. Prior to coming to WES, she had experience in teaching middle school CLS (Communication Learning Support). She is very passionate about her job and wants to provide the best experiences for her students. She strives to provide equal opportunities for her students and enjoys getting them outside of the classroom and in the community to practice various skills. Mrs. Gregory is a lover of all things Disney, so each day is a magical day in her classroom!

- Ms. Riggs grew up on the Connecticut coastline and always knew she wanted to be a teacher. She earned her BS Degree in English and her Master's Degree in Education at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
- Ms. Riggs is certified in Special Education, Elementary Education, ESOL, and English Education grade 6-12.
- She has taught for 29 years. She taught in Texas for her first 5 years and loved living in the Lone Star State. She has taught in Maryland for the rest of her career.
- Ms. Riggs has taught elementary, middle, and high school. She enjoys getting to know her students and supporting them in their academic growth.
- When she is not in school, she enjoys spending time on the beach with her son, family, friends, and her Labrador Zoey.
