Ashley Code has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Morgan State University. She graduated from Morgan State in December 2014 and began her career at Winfield Elementary in January 2015. Ms. Code started her teaching career as a long-term substitute during the 2014-2015 school year and stayed on as a permanent classroom teacher the following school year. She has been a teacher at Winfield elementary for 9 years. Ms. Code has taught fourth grade for 2 years and 3rd grade for 7 years.

Christy Beatty graduated from UMBC with a major in Psychology and a minor in Early Childhood Education. After graduating from UMBC, she began her teaching career in Baltimore County at Winfield Elementary as a 3rd grade teacher. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree for Elementary Education with a focus on equitable math and STEM instruction from McDaniel College. Christy loves teaching 3rd grade!
